gg panalo does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of a third party. Your deposit source must belong to you personally. Deposits from accounts registered under another person's name may be reversed and subject to investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods that match your registered name and identity. gg panalo does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
gg panalo does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive. Note that your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.
If your account has not yet completed full KYC verification, withdrawals will be held pending completion of the identity check. gg panalo recommends completing verification immediately after registration to avoid any delays when you're ready to cash out.
gg panalo offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback deals, free bets, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is claimed.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier — for example, a "20x wagering requirement" means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. gg panalo reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to system confirmation. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, gg panalo will make reasonable efforts to honour bets placed in good faith at the prevailing odds at the time of acceptance.
In cases where odds are published due to a manifest error (palpable mistake), gg panalo reserves the right to void such bets regardless of their outcome. Players will be notified and stakes will be returned in full.
